Chinese-Style Burger


A day full of energy starts with a Chinese-style burger. 

Ingredients: eggs, shredded carrots, shredded tomatoes, chopped spring onions, and fresh chili pepper (the weather has been too humid these days, so a bit of spicy fresh chili pepper helps circulate qi and dispel dampness). The most crucial ingredient is the steamed buns I made yesterday. 

 

Mix all the shredded vegetables with the eggs and a little flour to form a batter. Cook it in a frying pan to make an omelet. 

 

Cut the steamed bun in half and heat it in a sandwich press. Then, sandwich the omelet inside. A simple and healthy Chinese-style burger is fresh out of the kitchen
