We offer guided Traditional Chinese Exercise sessions, individually or in small groups ( up to four participants). Focusing on internal movement, breath coordination and energy circulation, practices such as Tai Chi, Tai Chi Sword, Tai Chi Fan, Baduanjing, and Five-Animal Play help strengthen the body, cultivate vitality, and calm the mind. Suitable for all ages, these exercises support overall health and well-being.
